About the workshop
KM Motors is a vehicle electronics bench in Blackburn. Control modules arrive by post from across the UK, or with the car by appointment, and each type of job has its own department.
How we work
Every control module is read before anything is changed, and the original data is kept with the order. If the control module that arrives is not what the order describes, we stop and contact you first.
We sell through this site so that every order has its own number, its own record of what was done and a tracking page you can check at any time.

- ECU Remapping: Postal ECU remapping for petrol and diesel engines, UK wide.
- ECU, TCU and BCM Cloning and Repair: Module cloning with 1:1 data transfer and circuit board repair.
- DSG Gearbox Cloning: Mechatronic unit cloning for VAG DSG gearboxes.
- VAG ODIS Services: Component protection removal, online coding and adaptations for VAG vehicles. By appointment only, no remote service.
- SRS Airbag Modules: Crash data reset and repair for SRS airbag control modules, all makes.
- Tesla: Tesla 12V and 16V low voltage battery repair and BMS recovery.
