How it works
Order and pay
Choose the service, add your vehicle and part number, upload a photo of the module label, then pay through Stripe.
Post the module
Pack the module in an antistatic bag with bubble wrap, write your order number inside the box and send it tracked to our Blackburn workshop.
Bench work
We diagnose the battery, recover or repair the battery management system, then bench check it.
Return
We post the module back tracked and add the tracking number to your order page.

Questions
What does a locked low voltage battery mean?
The battery management system has shut the battery down after a fault, so it no longer supplies power even if the cells are healthy. Recovery unlocks it where the cells pass our checks.
Which Tesla batteries do you cover?
The 12V and 16V low voltage batteries from Model 3 and Model Y. Send a label photo through the quote form for other models.
Is it safe to post a lithium ion battery?
Lithium batteries have postal rules. Check the carrier rules before sending, and contact us if you are unsure which service to use.
Do you work on the high voltage battery?
No. We work only on the 12V and 16V low voltage batteries.
What if the battery cells are damaged?
If the cells fail our checks, we tell you before doing further work and recovery is not attempted on unsafe cells.
