How to post a module
Pack it well, put the order number inside, send it tracked. Print this page and use the slip below.
Order first
Place the order online so you have an order number. No number yet? Choose a service.
Protect the module
Seal the module in an antistatic bag. Cover any open connectors. Drain oil from mechatronic units first.
Box it
Wrap it in bubble wrap and use a rigid box with enough padding on every side that the module cannot move. Do not post in a soft envelope.
Add the slip
Cut out the slip below, fill in your order number, name, phone number and return address, and put it inside the box, on top of the module.
Send it tracked
Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Lithium batteries have carrier rules: check them before sending a Tesla battery.
Send to
The workshop address is shown on your order page once payment is made. Open this guide from your order page to print it with the address and your order number filled in.
