Dealer level ODIS work for VW, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Cupra, done with the car at our Blackburn workshop.
By appointment only: book a slot, bring the car and the work is done while you wait where possible. We do not offer this service remotely.

How it works
Order and pay
Choose the service, add your VIN and the part that needs protection removed or coding, then pay through Stripe.
Book a slot
We contact you to agree an appointment at our Blackburn workshop, usually within a few working days.
Bring the car
Bring the vehicle, its keys and proof that you own it or are authorised to have the work done.
Work and handover
We complete the work online through ODIS, clear the faults and hand over a summary of the changes.

Why do you need the VIN?
ODIS work is tied to the vehicle. We check the VIN against the job before the appointment so the right work is ready.
Can this be done by post or remotely?
Not for this department. Component protection removal and online coding need the vehicle at our workshop.
What is component protection?
It is a security feature that locks some replacement parts, such as radios, instrument clusters and control units, until they are matched to the vehicle online.
What proof of ownership do you accept?
The V5C in your name, or a written authorisation from the owner together with your own photo ID.
How long does the appointment take?
Most jobs take under two hours. Complex coding can take longer and we tell you when we book.
What if the part cannot be matched?
If ODIS refuses the match because of the part itself, we explain why and refund the service fee in line with our cancellation policy.
