What we collect
- Name, email address, phone number and return address
- Vehicle make, model, year, VIN and module part numbers
- Photos and files you upload, such as module label photos
- Order, payment status and message history
- A one way hash of your IP address, stored with the declaration and used for rate limiting
Why we use it and the lawful basis
- To carry out the service you ordered and return your module: performance of a contract
- To keep records for tax and accounting: legal obligation
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the declaration record: legitimate interests
- To send order updates by email, when switched on: performance of a contract
Who we share it with
We use these processors: Supabase (database and file storage, hosted in the EU), Stripe (payments), Railway (website hosting) and, if order emails are switched on, Resend (email delivery). Our internal order alerts through Telegram contain only your first name, town, vehicle and order details, never your full address, phone number or email.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to. Uploaded label photos and module data files are deleted on request once the order is complete and any warranty period has ended.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to some uses or ask us to restrict them. Contact us at the address above. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The public site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The admin area uses essential cookies to keep staff signed in.
