Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the date your payment is confirmed to cancel your order without giving a reason.
By posting your module, or by booking an appointment within those 14 days, you ask us to start the work during the cancellation period. If you cancel after we have started, we may deduct a fair amount for the work already done. Once the work is fully completed, the right to cancel no longer applies.
How to cancel
Email info@km-motors.co.uk with your order number, or use the message box on your order tracking page. You do not need to use any particular wording.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of the cancellation being agreed. If your module is already with us, we return it by tracked post.
When we cancel
We cancel and refund in full if we cannot do the work, if the module received does not match the order and no other service suits it, or if the order breaks the declaration made at checkout.
